Frequently asked questions

How the Whistleblowing Channel works.

Who can file a report?

Anyone: employees, contractors, suppliers, platform Participants and the general public.

How do I file a report?

Through the Whistleblowing Channel website. For questions, or for matters that are not reports, write to [email protected].

What should I include?

What happened, when, where and who was involved and, if available, witnesses and documents. Nothing is required, but this information helps the investigation. You can attach photos, documents, audio and video.

Can I report without identifying myself?

Yes. If you do identify yourself, your name is restricted to those investigating the case and is never disclosed to the person reported.

Who receives the report?

An external, independent company, which forwards it only to those responsible for the investigation.

Can I face retaliation?

No. GasHub prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith. Bad-faith reports, made to harm someone or to obtain an advantage, are treated as serious misconduct.

How do I follow up on my report?

With the case number generated at registration, in the channel itself. To protect the investigation, we do not disclose its details.

How long does an investigation take?

It depends on the complexity of the case. Every report is followed through to a conclusion and, if confirmed, the appropriate measures are applied.
