You can change your preferences at any time in the cookie notice or in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent the website from working properly.
6. How long we keep data
Data is kept only for as long as necessary for its purpose or as required by law. At the end of that period, it is deleted or anonymized:
| Data | Retention period |
|---|---|
| Requests and contacts received through the website | Up to 2 years after the last contact |
| Publications and corporate communications | Until consent is withdrawn |
| Website access logs | 12 months |

Longer periods may apply where required by law or for the regular exercise of rights. If a contact leads to registration on the platform, retention periods follow the Platform Privacy Policy.
7. Information security and incidents
GasHub maintains a formal information security program, with controls proportionate to risk:
- Encrypted connection to the website (HTTPS, TLS 1.2 or higher, with HSTS) and encryption of stored data.
- Web application firewall and protection against denial of service and automated form submissions.
- Internal access to data restricted by role, with multi-factor authentication on corporate accounts.
- Event monitoring and audit logs.
- Mandatory privacy and security training for employees and service providers.
No security measure is absolute. For this reason, GasHub manages risks continuously and maintains an incident response plan.
Incidents. In the event of a security incident that may result in relevant risk or harm to data subjects, GasHub will notify the ANPD and the affected data subjects within 3 business days of becoming aware of the incident, in accordance with Resolution CD/ANPD No. 15/2024. The notice will describe the nature of the data affected, the risks involved and the measures taken. Suspected incidents may be reported through the channel in section 1.
