Bilateral credit
Each company defines which counterparties it may trade with, the applicable credit limits and the governing contract.
Free natural gas market
A single environment to negotiate, execute and register natural gas transactions, with an optional standard contract and credit limits set by each company.
What we do
From credit setup to contract signature, every stage of a short-term transaction is carried out and recorded on the platform.
Each company defines which counterparties it may trade with, the applicable credit limits and the governing contract.
Companies post buy or sell interests on their own commercial terms or respond to those of other participants.
Each closed transaction automatically generates the contract documentation, signed electronically on the platform.
All actions are logged with author, timestamp and content, ensuring full traceability of every negotiation.
Standard contract
The GasHub standard contract sets out the general terms between the parties and is signed only once. Subsequent transactions are documented through a Confirmation Notice, with no new round of contract negotiation. Alternatively, companies may use the bilateral contract already in place with each counterparty.
Adopting the standard contract allows trading with other participants that have also adopted it, subject to each company's credit limits, with no further contract negotiation.
With general terms agreed in advance, once the commercial terms are agreed only the confirmation remains to be signed.
With uniform contract terms, proposals can be compared on their commercial variables, such as price, tenor and volume.
Reports and data
GasHub consolidates aggregated trading data and voluntary participant contributions into periodic analyses of the short-term market, to support companies' decision-making.
The Price Curve is compiled weekly from voluntary contributions, under a formal, versioned methodology. Market reports use aggregated transaction data. Both are distributed to platform participants.
All publications are aggregated and do not identify individual companies, transactions or prices.
